Hello, I am a U.S Citizen (now Sr. Citizen) with age group 64-65. In year 2013, month of June. I invested my retirement funds and bought property in Lahore Pakistan. Property was in my sole name for registry and recording. To avoid any kind of fraud, I gave power of attorney to my wifes father on my behalf to add three other names of my dependants including my name also. He did not followed the instruction in power of attorney and changed the papers by just putting his daughter name only and did not followed the instruction of P.O.A given by me. Is it not a crime and fraud to do chages like that ? and what I need to do to undo the changes my in-law recorded in registry/recording. I am also sending copy of cancellation to your office to protect my property there before anybody commit fraud on title registry. How I can inform the housing authority and recording authority.

Hello there !
