From Feb 2014 my telephone is dead. Many complaints have been lodged but in vain. Your department is sending me bill to pay. Many complaints has been submitted to my area business manager, 0n 11-4-2014 and received signed copy from his office .I can present that as a proof. It is a serious concern that despite the fact that 40 days have been passed, ptcl dsl services are still not delivered to me. Two weeks ago I requested to update my broadband connection from 2mb to 4mb. From that day onwards I am facing terribly slow speed of my internet. we have subscribed a new PTCL connection & broadband at Chaklala scheme III commercial area. Phone line was installed promptly but has lot of noise. Broadband modem installed after 3 days which is not working ever since its installation. Every morning complaint is launched but problem drags on empty assurances of the Agent office. Interestingly there is no contact No. available of any senior PTCL officer to whom you can talk. We have yet to see how it will be billed as the service has not been provided from day one and it is over a week now!

I am the subscriber of PTCL since 2010 (051-XXXXXXX). I had been using the voice as well as broadband services. My broadband got unserviceable on 16th May 2015, online complaint was registered which was closed by your lazy and incompetent staff without verifying at the end, similar actions were taken against my subsequent complaints. Finally I decided to cease the BB services and called 1236 for this purpose on 23rd May, who promised to rectify the complaint within a day or two, & informed that the work is already in progress and there is problem at Cantt exchange. Again nobody contacted me. Today i.e. 10th June 2015, when I checked the status of my complaint (12) was surprised to know that it had been closed without any verification from the end-user. I registered another complaint #61.It has become another dis-reputed, LETHARGIC and PATHETIC organization of Pakistan.
