I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN QATAR AS SALES ENGINEER. I STUDIED FOR DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY THROUGH EDUCATION DIRECT, USA - DISTANCE LEARNING COURSE. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE, HOW CAN I GET AN EQUIVALENT CERTIFICATE FROM PAKISTAN? THIS DIPLOMA IS ALREADY CERTIFIED BY DEPARTMET OF STATES OF USA. BUT WHENEVER, I AM GOING TO PAKISTANI EMBASSY FOR ATTESTATION OF THIS DIPLOMA, THEY ALWAYS REGRET IT , AS IT IS NOT ISSUED BY GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN. HERE IN GULF COUNTRIES PROCEDURE IS, THAT WHENEVER, YOU APPLY FOR FAMILY VISA CERTIFICATION OF YOUR EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATE IS MUST THROUGH YOUR RELEVANT CONSULATES. IF SOME ONE COULD GUIDE ME AND MEANTIME I WOULD APPREICATE ANYBODY ADVICE IN THIS REGQRDS

I am in Canada now-a-days. Before moving to Canada, I got my original degrees attested and verified from HEC through Fedex Lahore. My documents were returned in-JUN-07 Route:LHE-ISB-LHE. Now I am studying here in Canada (original degrees are with me) and need subject to subject equivalency. World Education Services (WES)is the organization who will access my equivalency and they need the sealed envelop of documents photocopies duly attested by the HEC. Please guide me how can I proceed to fulfill the WES'S requirements? Please reply me through my e-mail address because I have a very short time for submission of my documents to my college. Thanks!

hi i have some problems regarding my university. due to a genuine reason as (my sister death), i could not attend my mid term paper, but then my university arrenge my make test, but from till now they are not making my marks in the mid term internal evaluation. so now i need your help,and also what HEC rules are saying on this matter?
