A.a I have done b tech(mechanical) four years now I m confused what is my right status and how i register my self as an engineering cadet plz help me to solve this issue

I Have two degree in the same field...business and commerce.I started BBA(4Years) in 2009 finished 2013, and B.Com started (2YEARS) in 2011 finished 2013 from different universities so can I attest my both Degrees from HEC or not??? Plz answer

i did my MS degree from international Islamic university islamabad in 2013. i applied for m,phil allowance, the higher education department has sanctioned the aloowance. but the district accounts office bahawalpur refused to provide this allowance due to MS degree. I hav don bsc chemical engineer. My question is that is my dgre is equal to msc chemistry? Is i am eligible for ms or mphil chemistry? My cgpa is 2.28 but percetage of marks on transcript is 66.8%. Gpa system of comsats in not right . It gives 4gpa on 9o and orthr university gives 4gpa on 85 and some on 80. Is hec would give me equivalent certificate? tell me whether the degree of MS (in any subject) is equivalent to M.Phil. If yes then tell me a Govt. servant bearing the degree of MS can apply for M.Phil allowance.

it was known by me that HEC declared BTECH HONS AT PAR TO BSC ENGINEERING AS PER PREVIOUS POLICY OF hec EITHER IS IT COPRRECT IF CORRECT THE COPY OF NOTIFICATION. as per hec policy letter to the supreme court of pakistan the hec declared btech hons is at par and compatible to bsc engineering.either the policy is continued or any ammendments if any ammendment either it can applicable to the btech hons completed before change of any policy.??

I have heard about the HEC's changed policies about the number of courses for BBA hons. In the past, every student must pass 42 subjects to get the degree but now it should pass at least 46 subjects to get the degree. It is true? Reply soon.
