Dear, PTCL Please note that ptcl number ( ), we have paying on before 4 month but during this period I have many times as compare approx 80 times complain DSL to you, but no any responding from your side, we are still stand here without any response from your side. If you check our complain history in your record you will found 80 complain. May I know who is responsible for it, who will resolve this matter, so, please take your responsibility and do it on immediate basis. Right now we have complain number 17 times, but you are not response on it. Which kind of bull shit service do you have ??? and is that your responsibilities about the customer ??? I want to resolve that matter with-in to-day and you must have to do that to prove that you dont have any lame or poor Service. Now Please prove that you are the only Best telecommunication group in Pakistan because for now its looking a shit of a dog service you have.

I would like to put your attention towards our Mall where we are facing a serious problem in PTCL distribution cable the condition of your Cabinet is severe and all the Aircons units are spoiled for the long time and no action has been taken. Because of this most of the telephone lines in out mall is dead and their DSL are not working at all, Clients in our building keep on complaining to us and we are helpless waiting for PTCL support but till yet no positive response from your side. We have very good reputation in our region, I request you to please look into this matter before its too late the room is hot like Clay Oven (Tandoor) and it can burn out any time. I approached DE Azizabad exchange, and used all other means but the result is zero-negative. Great ! Everyday, anytime I am receiving automated calls from PTCL Press 1 and Press 2 . I am became an expert to press 2. Finally, I asked the various reps. from your call center to let me know the way to get rid of said connection but having a common answer sorry give us next 24 Hrs, seems to be endless. I personally visited to your office and complained to Mr. Naveed (0300 ) He made an effort and on Sept 08. 2015 activated two new connections, but still there is no incoming in No. -8 You are requested to instruct the concerned person, in future, issue the bill the day Sept, 08, 2015 you have facilitated and activated our new connections. PTCL Team, Surprised and amazed at the level of professionalism by PTCL on their Customer Support Services. I already sent email a week ago on mentioned addresses but still awaiting activation of services. There have been countless complaints launched, during these 11 days, on the complaint number 1218 but there has been absolutely NO solution yet. Even I called several times at Gulistan e Johar exchange Mr. Nizam and team has logged complaints but I have yet to see any positive response from PTCLs side. I would therefore urge the concerned authorities to intervene and provide an urgent resolution as this has become mentally agonizing for me to keep chasing after PTCLs customer support teams. Looking forward to an early resolution of this prolonged issue.

R/Sir, it is very pity to say that PTCL are not taking any interest in set right the most worst working position of broadband complaint section, I am saying this because of the following reasons 1. My broadband services disconnected because of User Name and Password Authentication problem from 6th Jan 2016 and nobody is solving this issue both exchange and 1218 Help line. I have complaint several times. After having a useless complaint number I got nothing. 2. I am complaining regularly from 6th January 2016. So much lengthy thread of complaints above clearly depicts the level of service and seriousness of PTCL staff. In fact, no one is probably reading these or is lirtate enough to read this. It clearly says that not only ground execution staff but management and senior management of PTCL, including DG Karachi is crupt and abscond from duties. Esp North Karachi exchange. Today I visited Exchange, Director office and DG office to resolve a month old frustrating smart tv issue, but no use.. One, no one was present in seat till 11:00 including Khalil BM and second Mr Arif BM showed a rude attitude. Then KING GM Security Mr Wajid stopped me from meeting DG Raza sb on security grounds :-) All Directors were not available in their offices referring to a central monthly meeting (may be gangbang with PTCL).. Finally, getting my connection off and praying for the fastest DESTRUCTION and CLOSURE of PTCL soon that this crupt and illminded team will ensure fast.

I am complaining regularly but no one from PTCL staff came to rectify this problem. I think all field staff are on holiday like their higher managment. My broadband number is out of order and I registered a complaint on 16-02-2016 with complaint number 81 and landline 98 dated 21-03-16. I am complaining regularly but no one from PTCL staff came to rectify this problem. PTCL service is not satisfactory after privatization and there is no check and balance on field staff. since the past five months, I am facing non availability of Net & no dial tone again and again, inspite of my repeated complaints. i became fed up with your service, i have to register complain again and again. when ever it resolve then few days after it became out of order. I have been paying regular bills. Please take action against all the staff responsible for this. Secondly, arrange immediate resolution/restoration of uninterrupted service of internet . if you can not retain your customers then you will see you became history. your decline time is started. keep it mind

The reason of my writing is that staff of PTCL complain center donot resolve complain of Dead connection but also Misbehave with the customer. I have been facing complain of breaking Telephone Wire time to time , Due to Repair of many time now the condition of Wire is weak , It should be replace with new Wire . One more problem is that the distance between two Poles are too long there should install new Pole between two, it saves the Wire from breakage through Trucks and Dumper. Syed Iftekhar TEL #

I am a freelancer, you can know that we need constant connectivity to run our online freelancing but sadly your local staff has been totally non co operative and try to place hurdles to stop our working. To get resolved my recent issue( no internet) I have paid several visists to your local office in Isa Khel but they are reluctant to resolve my issue even they refused to replace my modem. They are teasing us intentionally. then I contacted your online complaint center registering complaints but they are also are not doing anything, they only have to say, "we have registered your complaint, your complaint # is" but my issue is prevailing since last week and I am unable to resume my work. My profile is at risk as it is feedback system for every job we do as freelancer. Plz, take necessary action to resolve my issue that I face atleast twice every month.

As I understand the problem is occurring in wires outside the building. I also disconnect my broad band connection last month due to the same style of services. Sir., I am the consumer of your Landline and DSL 4mbps from last 8 Years in Area of Gulistan-e-Johar that is the Problem I face from last 6 Months that My telephone line Frequintly Out of order , Regularly I met with DE Mr. Nadeem Baig. He also seen helpless againsd Line Man., this is play game by Line Man of this Area, he need every month Chai Pani., I clearly ask DE I never give any thing like this, I pay More then Rs.2500/= for services, but usually 10 Days we are with out service So this is my last try to write here, otherwise we will Disconnect the PTCL DSL and Land Line services. Cutrrently my Complain Nos: 90 and 95 Gulistan-e-Johar Exchange Karachi. Hope you will take early and strict action on above.

Director General I am a customer of PTCL on availing all three services i.e landline broad band and IPTV. Ever since the connection there is not even a single day the working would have been smooth and this is what you can ascertain from the complaints records on 1218. No one takes the responsibility neither at customer services nor at exchange. Can u get it fixed up with your intervention or I get the services closed. Cant take this frustration on daily basis.

My Son asked your customer care personal to give him pen and paper so that he can write application over there. On this your staff miss behave with my son and on protest from the side of my son security guard of PTCL Gulistan-e-Johar Office badly hit my son and give him threat to open fire on his chest. I am feeling very embarrass on this situation and very thankful to you for your customer care. All concern of PTCL With regret to informed you about your very bad customers service I have IP TV ( So-called smart TV) connection along with 4MB broadband since around three weeks me and my family has been suffered just because of your very bad Customers service support and their behavior specially from 1218 representatives and Karachi Clifton exchange persons (Mr Ameer Manager (0333- ) and Talha area man(0333- ) many times I had personally visit Clifton exchange and bundle of time tried to call 1218 but I personally realized nobody want to work with loyalty and sincerity and now I decided I cannot continue your service and should buy Dish TV or DTH.
