to the director general ptcl karachi sujcet to take action against customer help line centers karachi respected sir, most humbly and recpetfully i beb to state that i have complaint on v wireless help line customer officer karachi, i purchased v wireless set on 7/06/09 and i had internet connecting problem so then i complained on 10/06/09 and the miximum time required for solution of the probleb 48 hours means just only 2days till 12/06/09 but on today 23/06/09 after 13 days passed still my problem not solved so i request you plz to take inquery and to take action against help line officers they are not giving me any response i daily called them but result still nil. my vwireless num: registered on my own name usaid ahmed pathan s/o imam din pathan add benazir colony ghotki

Dear Sir, it is for your kind information that Mr Zaheer Ahmed Shaikh was dismiss from service by PTCL and has no entry in the building, but still he illegally works PTCL office khairpur-one, under ABM Anwer Ali Soomro (Operation). He misguided their subscriber and demand one thousand rupees for any new connection. he sell out drop wire & cable joint. please kindly take any possible action and make inquiry against him as the customers don not suffer any more. thanks best regards, ramees khan

Dear Sir With reference to captioned subject unfortunately i am a DSL Eight MB subscriber of PTCL from thirty january from the first day of connection to till we never recived more then threeMB we have lodged countless complaints on but in vain.Every Customer representative told us different false stories by days and nights and assured me it will be working soon.This is really unethically and unprofessional behavior of PTCL. every customer care perosn just ask what is ur upstream what is ur downstream and then said ur compalined will be solve in TWENTY FOUR hours but we are waiting from four months for that 24 hours now i request u please see this matter on urgent basis Thanks and Regards

For the last 45 days my telephone is lying dead in spite of my repeated Oral, Customer Care Center, met with SDO and Helpline Complanits and your personnel's oral assurance no Concrete action has been taken yet to solve this problem. Dear Sir/ madam I am your regular customer, i have facing problem of Broad bend service on last 2 month, i have registered many time complain, but your side not satisfy me. Last week your line man come to my home and told me that your land line problem so you are change to Fiber Optic so i am agree and change my connection normal line to Fiber Optic and within a 2 days issue me new number , but my broad bend service stopped, so i am again complain for BB and your customer care person told me your registration have been successful but sir i am still facing problem. Hi, Sir now my land line is on copper several time i gave applications in PTCL exchange of gulistan-e-jouhar several time i recorded my complane by 1218 and two times i met directly from Dean but nobody took any action on my complane before few days my DSL was stopped then after 1 week when i saw there was no action on any complanes finaly i was fedup and i gave application to disconnect my DSL service then i gave two applications more of land line converting to optical fiber. i wanted to change my land line from copper to optical fiber but responce as above. Dean told to me there is no optical fiber port aviable in my area phone box now i wana to again connect PTCL DSL service but when my line will be convert to optical fiber i am requesting from you please take some action about it... Dear PTCL, I am a residence of Defence Phase 4, i am extremely disappointed from service for PTCL BB, i called and visited hundreds of time to PTCL Defence Phase 2 office, the personnel there naming Ali and Amir, having mobile number ; just befools others, not even talk not even picks their mobiles,i have been complaining for internet issue with my PTCL - BB, but they dont even turned a deaf ear, if this would be the case, i would disconnect my BB from PTCL

Broad band services applied by me which were installed on 1st July 2014. but till date i.e 09-07-2014 services are not activated, I complained more then 100 times for above querry, every time reply from 1218 recieved that " as poer our information your complain is rectified if it is correct press "1" otherwise press "2". every time i pressed "2" but repeatedly crossing same path. for God sake appoint reliable officers in your department who will be serious for serving the nation. Dear Sir, This is Muhammad Nasir. My PTCL number . Sir my broadband service not working since 6 dec, and I have no any dues. Many times I called help line operator always give me complaint number and no any kind of solution of my problem, You know every week I face this problem. I installed your broadband service for my office work, and other operations but you are totally failed to give better service to costumer. My friends always says me use Witribe, Worldcall Watten and other broadband service but I am not certified other brand. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. But, unfortunately it is not working from the starting date, in whole duration I record my complaint to the customer care center from my Cell But no any ones attend and rectifying my issues. I found the following issues during connectivity. 1. Land line not clear 2. Telephone to Modem Wire not working (completed same day) 3. Broadband connection Time to time Discontinuing 4. No connection found many times 5. Speed was not good
