It is inform you That we have using two nos of Landline Nos these are 021- (Landline only) & 0213- (Broadband / Internet) one years gone two days to one week only these telephones running after then that will be dead i submitted in written complain Gulshan Exchange to Mr. Hanif Mohammad Sahib, Business Manager also complain of Mr. Irshad (Lineman of Block-5) due to his bad activities our phones is dead but still our phones dead no response this my last efforts in this regards otherwise i will through boradband device in customers office never will pay your anyone bills in future. these all phones of our special children u can imagine we are suffering so many problems then phone is dead.

Shame on PTCL responce for correction of complaint sincce 17th Aug It is to inform you that the complaint regarding the landline and DSL internet 021- was registered on 17 th Aug, 2017, complaint No. is 38. I have been calling repeatedly since then on 1218 and 042- regarding the said complain,but no positive response. Approximately i have made 50 calls since then but no reponse, I have received poorest response that since 17th Aug none of your technician bothered to visit to solve the said problems. It is requested that the above problems of landline and internet may be solved on immediate basis, otherwise i might disconnect/close the connection of PTCL due to its poorest response. 021- naseem hyder

Dear Concerned, I honestly don't know why I am writing as i am sure it will not make a difference.But here goes... I have been facing continuous connectivity issues with my internet. It is connected one minute and disconnected the other. The issue has been going on for 3 months now and even after numerous complaints it is still not resolved. Every time I am met with the same response that it is a backend connectivity issue and some one will visit my home for the problem.. but surprise NO ONE has visited as yet. Hats off to perhaps the MOST PATHETIC SERVICE ever!!!!

It is Intimated that my DSL connection was slow from two months, I registered multiple complaints but did not response any positive change on DSL. i going every day for troubleshooting in Local Exchange but here DSL Incharge Mr.Ubaid Ullah are said there is no way to correct your DSL Connection, therefore i cannot troubleshoot your connection, and also said there is problems in Cabinet. But R/ in one cabinet approximately 500 connections. Also demand 1000 for troubleshooting and correcting my connection. My bussiness and my other PTCL related things are being damaged due to various problems in PTCL line, media, switches, etc etc. 3. If there is some one in PTCL who cater complaints against PTCL then, I want him to solve my issue, which is escalated in exchange, billing department by my self and though email but they all teasing me by saying that I have to pay dues of a PTCL number which is registered on another person who is not even my brother or relative, then PTCL will active my PTCL number what a department that is who is failed to recover dues from some one and they found my contact in their record because I made a complaint of that number around 15 years ago when I was living there on rent and the number is registered on the name of landlord, now they claim these dues from me and block my PTCL number because of that.. escalate this issue to be solved... * No attraction and facilitation for the customers who want to switched over from cable tv to smart tv. * Due to complex operation through remote control this product is not a practical product for all age group. * So many options are given in it but due to non professional staff of PTCL and un-committed management it is not possible to attract your customers how to deal with this product. * It is quite surprising when I called to replace my remote and ask to send it to me online but the stupid staff and teller refused and ask me to come to PTCL exchange to replace your remote. Which means I have to take leave from my office to go PTCL office just to replace the remote.

DSL service is out of order for more than 3 days. of phone no . no body is responding. the line man is missing. it seems to be the conspiracy by the other broadband and ptcl lineman and managers to fail the ptcl. ptcl brad band is working very well. only problem is with services from the pole not from exchage i.e disconnection, wire break, cable fault. if you make these services better by handover it to private sector with 24 hours services then no body will beat ptcl. I got replaced with new one as per PTCL help line but still same issue. Then I visited PTCL office and got changed the device with new one but problem still same, I am continuously complaining but no action is being taken by PTCL staff, just saying Mr. Adeel Ansari (Local area technician) will come but he is not coming, PTCL staff saying give 500 or rupees (Bribe) to him he will resolve your problem. How this type of attitude PTCL staff showing. get rectified my connection problem and take action against the staff as they deemed fit who are spoiling the PTCL name and its business. , still my internet disconnecting frequently and signals are very week with new device. Then one day PTCL help line told me, your internet device (Modem) has faulty, come to PTCL office and change the device with new one and Rs. 2,000/= will be included in your bill. Last month I has been paid Rs. 2290 for very poor service. For reference . Several emails sent to you people but the problem is still existing. I already ask you that please replace old copper wires with optical fibre cable or install a new mini exchange at our area to improve the system reliability, my company also intend for 05 new connections as well as lot of people are interested to install new connection of PTCL internet but poor system is not supporting. I, Atif Ahmed Zubairi, ordered for a new connection of PTCL in the month of April, having number. I contact PTCL customer care department on May 01, 2019 for activation of two complains: 1. Call forwarding on no reply on mobile number, and 2. Caller ID activation on my landline number. From 1st May, 2019, I am continously calling them every after 48 hours but they just saying we will solve your problem and at the end of call give your feedback regarding our customer care. I think this is worst attitude I have seen from PTCL Department. The last complain number your online representative given me was 34. I received text messages that problem is resolved but its not resolved at all. I am emailing you with great hope that you will solve my registered complains. I will be grateful to you. I am writing this to you as I am very disappointed in your services and support. My phone number is . I have requested to activate fast path services on 31st March 2021, today is 17th April 2021. I have been calling daily to beg support people to activate this service as i am a freelancer and my work is being affected. Can you please get fast path service activated? or at least can you have the courtesy to explain to me why it has taken 1 month and 15 days but the service hasn't been activated. it usually takes 24hrs to activate this service. PTCL is deployed into my 20 Apartments, 3 houses and 1 Office. If you don't respond I am afraid I will have to take severe action. Your support agents have caused me a great loss by not explaining/activating on the right time.
