i was intersted in new landline, DSL connection. but when i went there at Swabi PTCL exchange and request for it. after some talking to ur Linemen . . .he said, that there is no space for new connection at the DP near to home. and that u can't get new connection. so i m requesting u ppl that we are interested in ur services to get it. but you ppl not offering facilities like that at our villeges. so plzzz there is a need of new DP in our vilege. as the one which is full, is far away from my home i-e, meter. plzz fullfill my request.

It is a serious concern that despite the fact that 40 days have been passed, ptcl dsl services are still not delivered to me. I have lodged numerous complaints on and but no one cares enough to resolve the issue. If you guys are incapable or corrupt people of the highest degree then should take your filthy devices back and never contact me again. Dear Sir, Two weeks ago I requested to update my broadband connection from 2mb to 4mb. From that day onwards I am facing terribly slow speed of my internet. Visited twice PTCL Samanabad exchange and they always said we will send our technician to your home and he will check the issue. Also complaining using but the response is not satisfactory. We are the biggest client of PTCL in Gwadar City. We have more than 50 Phone line connections as well as 6 MB DSL internet connection that hardly works 10 days in a month giving a speed of not more than 1 MB. We have done this complain on phone no. and via email as well but there is no response as yet. We are paying our all bills regularly, yet there is substandard services by PTCL. We have also been paying our UAN Fee for our no. - - but there is no service being provided to us. Frequent complaints are received from out valuable guests that UAN is not responding. I was trying to get new VDSL (50 MBPS) connection for my company DigitalNet for last 2 weeks .wlhen contacted to ppl on helpline they always have same sentence to say every customer ''We have registered your complain and it will be resolved within 24 hours period'' .Rubish , unfortunately,at the end,after contacted many times , they also say local branch does not have any resources to do so ..what the hell is this . you have launched VDSL and no resources to install in customer's premises . I see very strange behavior of PTCL people .They act like people acted in past centuries 's .PTCL customer services and technalities are seemed to be very ridiculous and annoying.

very regreted ptcl is very irresponsible Corporation as since three days I am e-mailing/praying that my connection No. with dscl connection have been disconnected due to the improper coopration of the Revenue Officer PTCL Nushki Balochistan. inspite of the depositing of the amount Rs- /- on dated 30-8- last month but before hand oveing/receving the month bill to me they have directly disconnected my phone No. with dsl connection before the due date in all month of August. now once again they have hand over a bill to me but still my connection is diconnected. so till re-storation of my phone with dsl connection I not in position to deposit the amount of instant bill. as the ptcl is claiming for prompt action for solving the problems I am waiting for said. if not solved my problem as mentioned above I will be in sense that the ptcl service is not proper and publishing mere their honesty and claverity for showing accoringly.

sir, my nuber is - , i got this number about a week back which iam told is a fibre optic number GOD knows better for smart tv and 4mb broadband, but since day 1 iam having problem in smart tv receptiion as channels are freezing alot on daily basis, despite repeated complaints and visits to the exchange the matter is still unresolved, internet speed is also not upto the mark, please look into the matter on priority basis and make arrangements for the solution of my problem on permanent basis with further delay. my number is - wapda town exchange lahore.

PTCL are making fool to public and cash them by offering liar packages. I bought EVO Wingle 9.3mbps with monthly package and using it central area of Rawalpindi. Service is very poor and average speed of it is below 1.5mbps. Sometimes it becomes more worst. I advise to all people please don't buy Wingle and other their devices. They are lying about packages. So check before use. I have a a a very very very very veri bad experience with wingle. bakwas bakwas service, need to be killed EVO Wingle.

Despite repeated complaints regarding frequent disconnection of my DSL the PTCL staff does not take interest to resolve the problem.I am from Quetta.

Assalam.o.alaikum! here in M.Nauman from Gujrat.my land line number is out of order for last three weeks.i have complained for this on 05/06/2014 by sms.complained number is 1- . on 08 th of june, i recived a call on my porsonal number, service reply that if your phone line is ok,press 1 otherwise press 2.i press 2 service reply that ;HAMARA NAMAINDA JALD AAP K PAAS POHANCH JAYE GA,later this i make a complaint on line.complaine number is 48, nobody contact me for this.i only want to ask that if you can not bring my line in order. then please CUTT OFF my number.

PTCL not yet resolved my BB frequent disconnection problem complaint # 32 dated 15-06-2014 not yet resolved.BB installed during the M/O Apr-14 and issue occurred since installation
