PTCL can never deliver on the promises they make to their customers. Why are they still being allowed to deceive and loot the public at large. Surely the fat cats of ptcl are answerable like anybody else. I for 1 would very much enjoy watching ptcl being kicked out the Pakistan telecommunicatios industry all together.

Asalam-o-alaikum sir i am totally exhausted with PTCL broadband services.Since the first day i have installed it it's not working properly,I have complaint several times to complaint center and also met PTCL official at the relevant exchange and every time they say me tomorrow ur problem will be solved but hell with this PTCL and their officials my problem is still there and no one has taken action to resolve my problem and still i am facing the problem connecting DSL. Dear, People have been using different softwares to join facebook site...please try and make sure the ban is complete and nobody should be able to join that site...THEY're DOWNLOADING .. My phone number is dead since last Six Montha I have made several complain to but still my phone is dead. And my another phone number is also have distortion problem from last Three months and I also make several complain for this but no body in PTCL to hear me. I requested you to please take immediate action and clear my both lines, because I suffering from last 6 months and my business is also effected. Sir I am from Batkhela Malakand. I have got two connection for DSL here in Batkhela.The Batkhela Staff told me that DSL will be started in one or two day but a month passed and no DSL available yet.Every thing is available here but they are not starting the DSL just because of Backup Batteries.Please do some action for the backup power and start the DSL here in Batkhela as soon as possoble. Some people are causing loss to ptcl by providing illegal dsl connections.I informed such a case to .A reply was received in which I have been told that they have investigated and found the culprit. But it is very strange that the culprit is still running his illegal business. You are requested to look into the matter and stop such malpractice. Thanking you in anticipation.
