my ptcl conection is not working from the last 25days.i complained almost 50 times,but there is no response with due date+charges of dsl.i did't use it from last 25days.there is no place to complain about this.tell me please,how can i belive to the best services of ptcl.

I dont know Why PTCL has been allowed to work in Pakistan. Whereas so many performance oriented firms are working and delivering. They have only one point agenda. Irritate the customers. Their Basic Function is to provide Communication, which they have forgot and offering new items to ensure completion of their one point agenda.i.e to Irritate Pakistanis. I have launched complaint regarding Non functioning of DSL since twelve Nov and talked to so many people including their so called Business manger DE phones Westridge Rawalpindi. Mr RIFFAT MAHMOOD . and many others in row and all are well trained in giving GOLI. They either dont attend the Number or dont respond. Need a kick on their bums if this company has to work in Pakistan.
