I have the complaint that PTCL has not yet launched PTCL EVO service in the city of PIR SAHAB PAGARO that is PIR JO GOTH located in the district Khairpur mirs. Besides PTCL EVO service is still not launched in District Headquarter and the city of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah that is Khairpur mirs. It is ironic that this service has not been speedily launched in these two cities which belong to two Venerable Top Level Persons of This Province. We demand that PTCL EVO be launched immediately in these cities. We will launch a social campaign and get this anomaly in the notice and attention of these Worthy people that Their cities are being ignored by PTCL.

i m here to say about if today i am using Wateen Telecom services then it is only because of one of your SDO Adnan Ahmad (Peshawar, Khyber branch) who has a very rude behavior. i applied for the PTCL broadband connection (1 MB) and didnt hear anything from them for 1 month and then when i went their myself after calling them for much times. The SDO adnan was sitting there and i asked him for my Connection he replied me for i am not responsible for it. i asked to whom i should go for complaint then so i dont know what happened to him but he got angry and told me for to go wherever you want. No one will give you connection. what i was supposed to do then. Everyone of them was having so good behavior and customer dealing ability that they impressed me and i got their connection.

sir please note this is my number and it oftenly remains dead. i have apply for disconnection but after about one year contractor came to me for reopen this number and confirmed me about the better service but after days of reconnection it is again on old routine ie oftenly dead i personally called to line man as well as contractor but all in vain contractor hadbeen fullfilled his target and got commision but the customer is still in problem what the hell this is please give notice for this complaint as soon as possible

Hi, I am from Saadi Town Karachi, I have complained for PTCL Broadband for last 3 days but no one is showing interest to solve my problem and it seems that the whole staff of Karachi branch is not cooperative even my PTCL connection was assigned after 7 to 8 months of submitting application form(for PTCL + DSL connection). The complain number they issued me is 13. Kindly solve this problem. Hopefully this time this will be solved.

Asalam O Alikum ! Sir i am subscriber from Lahore my I have 4 MB package of broadband,from last 1 month its disconnected from Exchange side at very important time,like Saturday evening 5PM O.N.U down from Exchange side, till Monday morning,on the same time at client side modem is working nice+every thing is OK(modem are sync and connected)but no internet at all.the I.P was gone in wan console.my other friends are suffering same problem who connected with same O.N.U (optical fiber Network unit)its very miserable and horror able suffering who had 4Mb package,we are facing it 4th times in a month,each for 2 days long.who is responsible for all of these ? our money is worth less ? why we are paying for ? i want Answer of it ....please do some thing for us Wasalam !

my ptcl conection is not working from the last 25days.i complained almost 50 times,but there is no response. but i recived telefone bill on exact date with due date+charges of dsl.i did't use it from last 25days.there is no place to complain about this.tell me please,how can i belive to the best services of ptcl.
