Sir, i appreciate PTCL & its staff members for their very excellent services. I have a problem that my Internet disconnects and connects after some minutes, for which i have registered complains but the same has not yet been cleared. There is also a problem that after dialing PTCL complain numbers on my PTCL phone-set, i am unable to proceed further, however the keys are working properly for other dialings!
I want to register my complain that my internet is too much slow. i've registered my complain seven days ago but till date, no response. My complain no. was 'four hundered' initially then later on it is 'ninety eight'.

Sir I�m using PTCL DSl services in the area of Iqbaltown, Sohan Islamabad. & I�m fed up of your service; my connection is mostly disconnected after every power shut down by WAPDA. When ever I call on help line they refer me a technical team visit. But net get connected before there visit because there was no issue in router configuration. I�m just a user but I can understand that the problem was low battery backup of the panel installed in our area I don�t know it�s technical name. Some time when I call in PTCL Power department the operator say that net is not working because there is power in the area from where your area get uplink. Plz resolve my problem.

It is over a year I had requested to shift my line from COPER TO FIBER because from the day of installation of DSL I do not remember that ever I worked mental free through Internet. Slow browsing, dropping signals every now and there resulting unable to work contineously 15 to 20 minutes. Last complaint registered on 23rd June'12 and I was assured to get resolved my problem by next day and from the NEXT DAY my telephone is dead till today. I intended to use broadband service to which I had to apply for a landline connection as well.for broadband service and told me that they were going to fix it later. To date after many reminders they have not yet fixed the modem nor activated the service. However, I am being continuously billed for service which I have never used. You can check from internet log service or by any means about the veracity of my claim. Now, I have purchased EVO wireless service. Sir: with due respect, i did lots of complaint on help line that my phone is doing noise and disturbance, most of the time person come check resolve slight for few days, but after few days that it become again noisy, basicly they have perfect solution. It is very serious matter that whenever a lady called regarding any complaint or information then a long serious of wrong calls started on PTCL No. I think PTCL staff doing this which is very bad. I request to Chairman PTCL to look into the matter and take necessary action. Otherwise I appreciate services of PTCL. Keep it up. Thanks
I have been using PTCL 4mb broadband for two years. Extremely pathetic service. Their customer support picks up calls after 10-20 minutes of wait time and they ask you to call from your cell phone. I have been complaining of frequent disconnections for one year but no one listens to me. Service is good one day and pathetic another day. It is unbelievable that other competing countries are easily providing up to 10 mb to consumers (corporate - its higher) and PTCL can't even accommodate 4 mb properly.

I have submitted the request to change my wired modem to new Wi-Fi modem on 13-October- . But still i'm waiting from the response of PTCL guys to contact for change the modem. My PTCL number is . please do something to change my modem as soon as possible. I have submitted almost 10 complaints in they just give me time for 24 to 48 hours after that time or with in a time no one person contact with us. So please change the modem as earliest.

We are facing this problem (the intermittent (connect/disconnect) and unsatisfactory for both PTCL land line and DSL connection) since the date of installed new telephone and DSL Connection at my address. I feel this is not of acceptable quality and performance that does not match to your certified organization that cannot treat a customer complaint with so much unsatisfactory delay to resolve problem on permanent basis. I am very disappointed of your poor service. If you provide land line and DSL service with quality assurance, on urgent basis, we are ready to accept the service or recommend your best economical and affordable service available.

PTCL Broaband Zero. Had a 2 mb connection was too slow so switched to 4 MB got even slowers. Was paying for 4 MB was getting just 1 MB speed. On complains their staff did visit but for 45 days could not solve my problem. Fed up and switching to another Broadband provider. Dont wate your time on PTCL it just like PIA or any other Government departnment

I have filed few complain on and they always promise to fix the problem within a day. The phone line and internet is off for atleast 3 hours a day everyday and i have to complain everyday. Tips: Please recruit people who can take the job responsibility so that customers like us can live peacefully. Current line mans and team is a scrap and required to be trashed. Your little steps can create big difference in the lifes of common people. I am working in govt sector for 15y. i requested PTCL in for telephone connection, i was sent bill instead of connection. i informed engg Asif who was the incharge of the office at GT Road Taxila. HE APPOLOGIZED. then after two month i was sent legal notice that i am defaulter. i called Advocate Raja Ishtiaq and told him the story that i have not been given connection but bill has been sent to me and this was also in the notice of Engg Asif. HE ALSO APPOLOGIZED. and asked me to send me in writing. i sent my request to him in writing. after that every thing stopped. NOW AFTER , AND MOST OF SAME NOTICE HAS AGAIN BEEN SENT TO ME. THIS IS A MENTAL TORTURE FOR ME. I apply the DSL connection on 16th of DEC and amazingly next day evening your representative came with a DSL modem and place it next to phone . without activate , without setting , without checking anything . and said the usual magic words ” it will activate after sometime “ Next day I complain the same on your call center and they surprised me by saying “your sale is mature and what he can do is lock my complain” so it’s done with the complaint and promising me to resolved it with in 24 hour , from that day till today I complaint around 10 times nobody resolve nobody care Sir if you people don’t have little shame / humanity/ care of customers , please don’t start such business which highly required this things (free suggestion)

Dear Sir, Sir my Telephone number is and I am using DSL services but from the last 4,5 months, my phone is dead and I have been complaining to fix the problem and clear my usage as phone line and dsl both are not working. I have meet to the head of branch at Mominpura, Lahore but still I am on the same stage as I were back in 4,5 months. I also submit written application to clear my usage and fix the problem but still have problem. Now they are asking me to pay the bill otherwise it will be in defaulter :) , If I have not used the services then why to pay the amount which I have not used. I have 4mb DSL and most of the time got 70 kbps or very below this speed to 18kbps.. I have made a lot of complains. I think my DSL is 2mb because rarely if they provide full service speed is kbps whereas I pay for 4mb. Kindly resolve this issue.. Sir we have connected with ptcl no exchange code along with DSL service wef 25-4- but from first day we are facing lot of troubles in DSL service lot of complaints were made to responsible authorities but still we are in cave...this SERVICE is being used for NATIONAL PRESS CLUB TALHAR kindly resolve our genuine problem..
